The terms you're agreeing to when you book with us.
The short version

This page says who you're actually contracting with, and one thing about booking that's worth knowing before you start.
Who you're contracting with
Ogden Otters is two businesses, and which one you're dealing with depends on what you've booked.
Swimming lessons are with Ogden Otters Swim School, a partnership of Samantha Wright and Stephen Wright.
Everything else — aquacise, lane swimming, the wellness sessions, holiday clubs, swimming parties, Fun Swim and Family Pool Hire — is with Ogden Otters Swim Academy Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 16400146.
Both are at the bottom of every page on this site, with our addresses and VAT numbers.
Booking a lesson
You can ask for a place online, but a lesson booking isn't finished until you come to the pool and pay in person.
That matters, because it means the agreement is made here rather than at a distance, and the cancellation rules that apply to things bought online don't apply in the same way. If you're not sure where you stand, ring us and ask — we would rather explain it than have you find out later.

Schools
Schools booking swimming lessons are a business customer, not a consumer, and the terms above are the wrong document. Schools have their own service level agreement — get in touch and we'll send it.
